That's what I hear a lot. No way we can get 12 jurors to convict Trump, there will always be a Magat to gum up the trial.

So much for that theory. A Magat who invaded the Capitol was just convicted on all 6 counts, one count's maximum sentence is 20 years. Why is this significant regarding Trump? His lawyer used the argument that his client was duped by Trump, was urged by Trump to invade the Capitol. The lawyer even tried to subpoena Trump to testify. The jury only deliberated for 3 hours.

A jury can and will convict Trump, when and if DOJ indicts.
