just in case DOJ indicts him, he wants plausible deniability for criminal intent. In other words he has to carry on the charade that he believes he won.

The Fulton county DA is all ready to put Trump on trial for the Brad Rafensperger phone call. Trump wants to be able to claim that he believes he won the state of Georgia. The DA is going to have to prove that Trump knew he lost Georgia.
