13. Signal should be totally impervious to decryption. All messages are encrypted end-to-end.

Unlike quite a few others that store unencrypted content on their servers (Telegram, etc.)

Now, I believe that many governments are working on quantum computers that will be able to eventually decrypt most messages. From various news reports, these governments are scarfing up all transmissions and will apply the quantum decryption techniques when available. --- Don't expect your secret ink, magic decoder ring to protect you in a few years.

Yes, the USSS needs to be investigated. But who do we trust to do this? Who will police the police?
