(169,923 posts)the bundles of AM stations that they bought, they don't just run their syndicated gas bags but ALSO have "local programming" like "car maintenance" shows or "local sports talk" or "real estate discussion" or "consumer" shows or what I listen to every week - a "garden show".
Those programs were already existing on those stations and were popular in those local markets so when they bought the stations, they maintained SOME of those shows, but ditched the rest to replace with their zombies spouting mindless lies and hate.
So do the same - get a syndicated line-up of crack liberal talk broadcasters and then you can intersperse with stuff that has slowly been eroded from the airwaves and replaced with loon talk - i.e., the local "home and lifestyle" type programming. That way you build up (or try to regain) a loyal listenership who will now be exposed to OUR politics when they choose to dip in.
And again - this is all radio, not TV (which is what Air America was and had an enormously difficult time competing with both the M$M and loon RW channels).
Whatever is broadcast on the radio can also be streamed and archived as podcasts. The radio versions hit the older demographic (who is more likely to vote and not always internet savvy enough "stream" ).
