Assume Musk takes control, opens up 1st Amendment rights and reinstates TFG's account. The Twitter ban didn't slow him down. His bullshit propaganda still got, and continues to get posted, on Twitter via sympathizers' accounts. It is a pretty much symbolic show of responsible management on Twitter's part and gives us some satisfaction but the Big Lie lives on.

And they didn't ban the likes of MTG, Jordan, pro-Trump sympathizers in general, who distribute disinformation on a near daily basis.

Twitter is already deep in a cesspool of disinformation so Musk can only let it to go deeper.
