34. Three work for me, and they are all hardworking

Conscientious kids who are bright, funny, and eager to please. Also all college students. All work without sulervision. They just needed to be trained and know my expectations for them. I treat them with respect, and they thrive.

Why would they know how to run a copier? None of us did until we were taught at a job.
