4. I was trying to figure out the language on that display

and which countries in that area use Arabic script in their writing since many there normally use Cyrillic. Apparently since that is identified as a "Skif anti-tank" battery, which is supposedly something that Belarus developed, I did a quick search and Belarus does use Arabic script too (and I did see brief flashes of English on that display as well for a specific status).
