missile submarines currently have a US Navy Fast Attack submarines just aft and below its baffles, with tubes loaded at DEFCON 2, ready for the Russian missile boat to dare open its missile doors and hit the launch button.

I'm sure the fast attack skipper has President Biden's okay to blow that missile boat to pieces if the time comes.
