You might want to check with any lawyers on the state payroll about what kind of financial exposure you just created. Just because you say it, doesn't make it so.

Coming this fall: Are Republicans really all that bent out of shape about government waste, fraud and abuse when it's incurred because some tinpot dictator had a tantrum?
