2. Of course the Republicans are upset.

They have been working on an "Orwellian Ministry of Truth" for decades, and would certainly hate the idea of the Homeland Security Agency creating a board that might actually support truth, and expose lies, misinformation, and disinformation.

What a bummer for them!

Note: Misinformation is wrong information that is unwittingly put forth; no actual intent to deceive. Disinformation is deliberately false information put forth to intentional deceive.
