9. For some reason, Trump's guy is still the head of the IRS. What do you expect?

I don't understand why Biden and Yellen haven't asked for his resignation? I understand they have terms, but so do a lot of govt. heads that Biden has asked to step down or outright fired. Why would we expect a Trump guy to audit rich people?!
