means that MJ use/possession is no longer a state crime. MJ use/possession is still a federal crime and the feds do (occasionally) still prosecute in 'legal' states. No one in the legal community is arguing that the feds cannot still prosecute MJ use/possession.

Nullification says that federal laws do not apply in a particular state, per that states laws.
