I guess I forgot to explain that the other 20% of deliveries not done by this driver to whom I'm referring are completed by someone who knocks loudly, waits at the door and allows a resident to sign for the package.

The 20% driver, not an ignorant fuck.

The 80% driver I'm complaining about, ignorant fuck and I will shout it from the rooftops, thank you kindly.

So don't tell me I'm over the top unless and until it's you who has lost some important medical supplies and have someone with open ulcers who can't properly bandage his wounded limb, or an expensive electronic item because it was carelessly left in a place where anyone could steal it.
