Used to be available on Netflix, can't find it there, but someone uploaded it to YouTube.

Alternate history where the UK fell to Germany, but the resistance, aided by the USA, came into force in the mid 1940s as the USSR was pushing back the Nazis. Seen from the viewpoint of a nurse who was apolitical and just wanted to do her job.
