5. My intended thought on this sentence is about treating the least of these well.

The white people who were killed because they supported blacks in dangerous areas, were people who were putting others first. Their philosophy was at the very least similar to the philosophy produced by a middle eastern Jew who we call Jesus.

Others first, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, treat the least of these as you would treat me, that sort of thing. I personally believe that Jesus existed since he is quoted saying a lot of things that the powerful, wealthy and ostensibly holy would not have appreciated much.
