(68,198 posts)80. CT is cool, too. We have a great governor. I'm so glad my family members live in MA and CA.
My grandchild in CA is transitioning now and has all the help she can from the state and the public school she attends. She is going to a state college that is LGBTQ friendly after she graduates from high school this June. I just saw her prom picture and it is so cool! I'll see her on Martha's Vineyard in July and can't wait!

OP
Yes and the dems have to appease him to keep the majority. I sure hope that will change come Nov

Except with him voting (R) they don't actually have a majority except on paper?

Then Manchin's vote won't count against his 95% "pro-Biden" voting record

Yes, Manchin is a POS, but I am just as angry with all the POS women on the right side.

Perhaps because they, like the majority of white women, wanted this outcome

Only state I ever have or ever would live in, if we ever decided to live in the US again.

That makes it clear that the problem is the red dots, not the blue dots.

For all of those who assured me that Manchin votes with Biden...most of the time,

Hardly a shock though. He never gave a damn about women's rights to body autonomy.

60 of the voting public and it's senators wanted this, the Senate sucks the life out of me

Those particular senators pay lip service to supporting Roe or something like it
