But Christie will run in 2016 - that seems pretty clear. And we'd best be working on him for the next four years, come what may. Because he's the most formidable opponent the Dems are likely to encounter.

He will peel off the independent voters like a chimpanzee with a banana, with his straight-talking bullshit. And his (odious) fiscal record will appeal to what will remain of the Teabaggers, without question.

I expect he'll disappear on 'vacation' in the next year or two, for some high-tech weight loss therapy at somewhere like Mayo - and surface a hundred pounds lighter.

Make no mistake about him - he's coming like a freight train. Hillary could probably deal with him, one on one (but she'll be 70 in 2016 - will she run? Really?). I'm not so sure about Elizabeth Warren.
