Which is defacto what that was. The Seneca might look into not using outside banking and start their own. (I have no idea how to go about this, as anything to do with money has been already tried by the greedy here in the US and probably has a law against it.) I say again one of the biggest horrors that the US has fostered on the rest of the world is the idea that this greedy, winner takes all capitalism is not only acceptable, but is preferred to anything else. Hell, everything else should be outlawed because nothing is better than unbridled greed!

(I still maintain that any US entity that finds itself being 'attacked' by another US entity has the right to defend itself and that right certainly extends to detaining and deporting anyone who is basically a seditionist in that they are trying to ignore federal law in favor of fascist scare tactics designed to force capitulation. But, that is just me. By the way, I am curious. Did the Seneca expect the NY legislature to honor their end of the bargain? What made them feel that they would?)
