...SCOTUS overturning Roe does not make anything "the law of the land," it just means any claim made under "the right to privacy" can't be upheld in court. Congress and the White House can pass a law mandating reproductive rights throughout the nation, just as much as a Republican Congress and White House could pass a law banning abortion throughout the nation, and it would still be binding. All Dobbs would do would be to remove a right established in 1973 by a Supreme Court decision, not create a new one.
