to riot, Wolfe and Fetterman will have to handle it.
It's not a matter of "letting them." Prevention is preferable. But once it breaks out, it's how to handle them when they do something. Just like Governor Hochul did not "let" a NY state resident slaughter people in a grocery store. He decided to do it and she is handling her end of it by developing changes for the future.
Sometimes you can't prevent determined people ahead of time.
