campaign guy is asking him to get on the team for 2016.

Christie knows Romney is sinking, and he's not going to hop on that boat with his own re-election a year away, and a really good chance at pulling blue states in 2016.

The real knife here is out for Paul Ryan. Christie is essentially saying, hey, moderate voters, give me a look in a couple of years - I'm not a wackadoo Rape Baby Fanatic like this Ryan cat.

Ryan must be hopping mad.
