Though I'm so ashamed and disappointed in myself. I've always been proud to vote mostly straight Dem, but this time I blew it and accidentally voted for Brad Owens as Lt Gov, and he's a disgrace to Democratic values. The Republican candidate is actually more liberal and scandal free, along with being pro-choice, unlike Owens. If I had educated myself more on Owens, I wouldn't have wasted my precious vote. Jesus, even my daughter knew better and thankfully educated her followers on Facebook not to make the same mistake. They were as clueless as I was, and very grateful to her for pointing it out.

A week ago. I love voting. And it still feel revolutionary to vote for president Obama.
