we'll find out the entire department in Uvalde is staffed by a gaggle of Barney Fifes. Odd press conference, his rationalizing incompetence as something else seemed to be the trigger that got his dander up.

I've worked with the incompetent before, but at least they were never responsible for public safety or carried a firearm.
