too much video evidence and contradictory statements from TPTB. You are wrong in your assessment because too many have been trained out here and know exactly what should have been done by these cowards. One hour for children to bleed out due to inaction by stupid law enforcement. 1 hour!!! And I have talked with uninvolved safety officers and they are aghast at what happened there to the children. Due to cowardly inaction by adults, before and after. Beto has my vote and money...
