Only thing that man did, is spoke the truth. Truth hurts!

He stood his ground and he was forcibly removed from a public place by Cruz security. He was not violent, he was there as a citizen speaking to his elected senator. Cruz could of left, the citizen should not of been forcibly removed by security... that of itself was assault! The business did not ask him to leave, just texas senator Cruz security. NO special powers!
