President and Dr. Biden were laying a beautiful arrangement of flowers and everything was quite and respectful.

abbott tries to wheel his way into the scene and the people started to tell him to fuck off.

Why did he have to do this today? He has been there since Tuesday but he waits until President and Dr. Biden lay their flowers?
