In 2014, GOP votes for Governor increased while votes for the Democratic candidates were down



The judge in the Texas voter id trial found that the Texas voter id law would affect between 600,000 registered and 1.4 million eligible voters. The above chart is consistent with this finding.

In the 2018 election, Greg faced a weaker candidate, Lupe Valdez, who had no funding. The party had tried hard to get one of the the Castro brothers to run for governor but they both refused (and burned some bridges with the state party in Texas).

Greg is a former toxic tort defense attorney whose job was to cheat widows and orphans. Greg and the attorneys in that section bragged about cheating widows and orphans.
