1. Your dad was 100% correct.

America can no longer claim any high ground as we watch our children being slaughtered in their classrooms, women and POC subjugated, the planet dying from our abuse, a million Americans dead from covid, etc etc.

We sit by and watch ruthless sociopaths, Russia and China, shift global power, we are afraid and cowering.

My father flew combat in three wars, risked his life to keep our democracy. My uncle was US Navy killed in the WWII Battle of Guadalcanal.

I thank God that my dad is not alive to see what this country has become.

The best thing we can do is honor their sacrifice is to do the right thing.
Fight like hell for our kids and country.
