We've talked about them on DU before, specifically the outfit known as Metric Media.

Josh is sharing a story from a "pink slime" news outlet. That is, an outlet that makes it look like local news. This one is run by LGIS. It's a false story.

All the stories are just exaggerated right-wing looks at the news. Lots of exaggerations and outright lies. As you can see from the list of the group's "other publications," they all have local-sounding names, but they're not actually based in any of these places.
