I actually get few, and I have contributed to several causes.
I uncheck the "send me stuff" on ActBlue, but I guess it varies.
DNC used to flood me and I checked the "unsubscribe" button on the emails.
I have a bunch of snail mail here for the primary.
You might post separately asking for help with this.
I am sure you're not alone.

There are ways to set up "alias" mailboxes. Several independent companies, and now, Apple, I think.
I have not looked into this. That way, you give a certain email address that forwards to your main inbox, and then shut down the forwarding. Repeat for others.

If others don't come up with answers, I can look into it. Happens to everyone in varying degrees.
