This is just more of the constant drone from the Reich-Wing media bubble intended to provoke white grievance, telling them in so many words that the blacks and browns are getting special privileges that you, white people, are left out of.

It's of course also intended as a jab towards Biden for his (non-existent) 'Open Borders policies'.

But it's not a federal crime because they're not aiding and abetting the actual process of undocumented immigration for any given individuals.
