She is not messing around and is not letting the witness try to weasel out of owning her words. Yes, perjury is serious. How inconvenient of Porter to catch Amy Swearer in a lie and say so.

At 03:10:57 Porter's point that there is no federal safety standard for guns, that federal law protects gun manufacturers and prohibits oversight of guns by the Consumer Products Safety Commission is on point. Gun manufacturers should not have federal immunity.
