and antifa protests were more violent.

Fact is that the worst of the violence and destruction during those protests was committed by anti-government RightWing extremists who were using the cover of the protests to target and even murder law enforcement, knowing public would assume it was blm. They wanted to trigger the race war they’ve been preparing for the last few decades.
