freeing up crucial dollars that are there in the event you have no insurance, or your insurance doesn't cover it. I am not certain whether the complex is in a flood zone (my house isn't) so that might be your hurdle

We may need a roof repair or replaced...there is water damage (from the wind and the rain) in our primary residence. We are thanking God. It could have been much, much worse. Hugs to you, and best of luck with your investment.
