Wouldn't the presence of security cameras be common knowledge? [View all]

How could Rep. Loudermilk, other tour givers, and people taking video and photos of staircases, hallways, and tunnels not realize they are on video?

They must be extremely arrogant or extremely stupid. Or both. It seems pretty basic.
