It also covers airline workers and has reduced collective bargaining to a cruel joke.

There are no consequences for an employer that bargains in bad faith. Contract negotiations routinely take years and years to settle—all because the RLA essentially removes the ability of workers to strike.

This time will be no different. The unions will not be permitted to strike. The process is a sham.
