4. Couldn't the DOJ delineate false claim grift patterns as rackets? and make arrests under RICO law?

Other states might consider following James' lead. Couldn't funders of false claims -- even debunked and proven lies that led to wire fraud at the president level, for instance -- be politicos charged under laws that identify similar false claims as rackets? Or couldn't they be charged as running a political network of rackets?

Because if the RNC keeps raising money based on the same claims tfg might charged with, they're kinda like asking to be labeled a network of aiders and abettors in a racket disguised as a 'fund raiser.'

But what do I know about all this shady, grey area stuff.
