Even when he takes an oath to tell the truth, all he can do is make shit up. He has no clue what really happened, even when it's happening in front of him. Chump's brain is mush, and the words out of his mouth are worthless.

He only says what he thinks you'll believe, or what he thinks you want to hear. He thinks that makes him a good salesman.
