Holder's explanation that he "did not previously have the legal authority to release" his video is of interest, particularly in conjunction with a detail from his subpoena.

Jan6 gave him a subpoena with a production date of the next day. That only happens if the subpoena is not a surprise. And since it involves a journalist, it's likely this was a friendly subpoena.
