One needs a license from the FCC to broadcast things over the airwaves.

Fox News is not a broadcaster. They do not have, nor do they need a license.

And, even if they were, the notion that a broadcaster's license should be revoked, on the basis of what they choose to show or not show on their channel, is absolutely repugnant to basic principles of American democracy.
