58. Employee Assistance Programs have been around a long time in big companies

They enable employees to get confidential referrals to psychological counseling, drug and alcohol abuse care, and all sorts of other sensitive treatment, without the immediate supervisor’s knowing the details. My guess is that this would be one avenue to use.
