3. Well, unfortunately, a majority of the "thinking population" still believes in the supernatural.

The belief that the laws of nature can be, and are, suspended by some all-powerful deity is deeply held by most people in this country.

That belief itself is anti-science and closemindedness. How is this to be overcome?
