Please know I am with you in general. The whole point of CHOICE is to let everyone choose for themselves. So, staying out of the way of people's choices is very important.

But I do see a limit to the scope of your stated IDGAFs. People really do, and should, give a fuck when it comes to the public's interest in the management of infectious disease.

And IMO, applying basic principles of Public Health, we really must care about some of those people who you don't give a fuck about having sex with different people every night, because that practice is very high risk for spreading serious infectious disease to vulnerable people across society.

Consequently, as a society we need to identify carriers, and trace and treat, as needed, contacts of known carriers of serious infectious diseases not only to provide care to the sick, but as part of limiting the spread of such infectious diseases within society.

I support choice in abortion rights, central to that is the priority of a woman's right to choose how she may manage her reproductive status, including legal, safe, unchallenged on-demand abortions of fetuses yet incapable of survival outside the womb. Of course sex/reproductive education and access to contraception and medical care are necessary to equip every generation to exercise such choice
