Getting the facts out is exactly what they should be doing and that's what they are doing.

Understanding through the facts of what took place and spelling out what happened to the people, as well as implementing legislative roadblocks to it happening again are things Congress can do, but criminal charges are the purview of the DOJ.

Now, if anyone thinks that is enough, that that's all that needs to be done - understanding and laying all the facts out - to stop it from happening again, then they are wrong. Utterly wrong. Naively wrong. Shockingly wrong.

But arrest and indictments are still up to others.
