To me, a better work-life balance is understandable.

Me, personally (and I very much I don't speak for nearly anyone else here), I'd love to see Keith back. Never happening, and yes, he can be prissy and bombastic, but when he wanted his pound of flesh from the GOP idiots, he damnwell went and took it, and we might be could use a little bit of that for what's in store.
