2. Here's why Cassidy's version makes sense

Cassidy told us yesterday that Chump got in the van because he wanted to go to the Capitol to be with "his people." After he got in the car the secret service agents told him that he couldn't go to the Capitol because it's not secure and people (presumably ChumpHumpers) are carrying weapons. So Cassidy tells us that Chump screamed that he has to go to the Capitol, but they took him to the White House instead and he was very angry.

But the secret service guys say that Chump didn't want to go to the Capitol, and there was no disagreement. So the plan all along (according to them) was that Chump would go back to the White House and watch it on TV or whatever.

Chump was already at the White House, because that's where this rally was. When the rally was over people left the White House grounds and started walking to the Capitol. If Chump had planned to stay at the White House, he had no reason to get into the car. He's already at the White House, and he doesn't need a ride.

The secret service guys are lying now because Chump wants them to lie, so HE doesn't look like an asshole.
Chump cannot do anything but lie, ever!
