I totally understand the OP's hopefulness, but, seriously, the guy must have dirt on every single person who could do anything to him, he remains untouchable while all around him his minions go down (and usually bounce right back up into their horrid personalities).
I think there are LOTS of powerful people who know they will go down if he does, and I'm not talking about just Republicans, it's just too bizarre.
We all like to say how stupid he is but as of yet, we haven't looked like geniuses dealing with him.
