46. I saw the Manchurian Candidate on TV before it was withdrawn from circulation

in the 1960s.

I first saw it again in 1988 at an art house, and I had forgotten that Angela Lansbury played the scheming mother. By that time, the younger people in the audience knew her only from "Murder She Wrote," and when she appeared on the screen, someone from the audience called out, "Jessica!"
