33. He's not even working for Trump any more, yet was recently saying Trump shouldn't be prosecuted

Not that whining about not getting invited to parties is ever a good look anyway, but Dershowitz might have a leg to stand on if he were simply honorably following the "every accused person deserves a legal defense" ethics of a lawyer, trying to provide the best defense no matter what his personal feeling about Trump are.

But Dershowitz has been an ass about lots of things over the years, has associated with Jeffrey Epstein, and acts now like a full-on Trumper.

What the fuck does he expect?
