The blue dot in the middle of the panhandle is Tallahassee/Leon County. Besides Jacksonville, this is our North Florida stronghold. We sometimes carry a few of the counties around Tallahassee. My guess on the other counties that appear blue on this map is that rural black voters really stepped up to support the President, and they made sure they voted early. These counties are sparsely populated compared to the rest of Florida, and we may not carry them on election day, but it is a good early sign.
